1.Acceptance of Terms

Bank transfers may take additional processing time.
• Verification Prior to Withdrawal: cok444 reserves the right to require satisfactory account verification — including identity and payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is complete to our satisfaction.
• No Chargeback: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate cok444 deposit is a breach of these Terms. cok444 reserves the right to recover any disputed amounts and to close the account of any user who initiates an unjustified chargeback.

5.Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

cok444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. cok444 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6.Betting and Game Rules

• Bet Acceptance: cok444 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system errors, or events outside the platform's control.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to, technical errors, incorrect odds publication, match abandonment, or where the outcome of an event is determined to have been influenced by corruption. Stakes on void bets are returned to the player's account balance.
• Responsible Play: Players are encouraged to set deposit and loss limits through cok444's responsible gaming tools. All bets placed are final once confirmed; cok444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described in the game-specific rules.

• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is illegal under applicable law.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cok444 staff or other users.
